2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By using Ignyt, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully competent to enter into a legally binding contract. If you are under the age of 18, you are strictly prohibited from downloading, registering, or using the App.

3. Scope of Service and License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Ignyt is a stranger matchmaking calling and messaging application. You register using your details, select matchmaking preferences, and establish private session channels between you and other users in the matchmaking pool.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Conduct

Because Ignyt connects random strangers, you are fully and solely responsible for how you connect and communicate. Any illegal activity you perform while using Ignyt is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for your own conduct while using the App and for complying with all applicable laws.

You agree not to use the App to share or transmit any information or content that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any legal right;
• Is obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful or offensive;
• Is harmful to minors in any way;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Deceives or misleads other users or communicates false or misleading statements;
• Impersonates another person or entity;
• Threatens the security, sovereignty, public order, or integrity of any nation;
• Contains computer virus software designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the App's functionality.

To operate the chat features, your text messages and shared images are stored on our servers. We do not routinely monitor private conversations. However, we may access or review stored content when required to investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the safety of the App and its users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All software, designs, layouts, graphics, trademark logos (including the Ignyt brand logo), and text provided in the App are the exclusive intellectual property of Kodebrew and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Your Content License: You retain ownership of the content you send through Ignyt. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, and temporarily store your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App. This license ends when the content is deleted or is no longer required to provide the service.

6. No Warranties & "As-Is" Provision

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Kodebrew does not warrant that:

• The App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
• Direct peer-to-peer network connections will successfully connect under all configurations of mobile carrier firewalls or private router constraints.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kodebrew, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, connection drops, or communication interception resulting from external network configuration vulnerabilities.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or matchmaking protocols at any time without notice. We have no responsibility to retain or store any user invite keys or session parameters.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be modified or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this URL.
